How to Use Luck

A Little Luck, Every Day

Luck is designed as a hair wellness regimen, with products that work together to support your hair and scalp over time.

The routine is simple: wash and condition 2–3 times a week, use the Hair Mask weekly or every other week, and use the Serum on the days you don't wash.

The goal is to have a small amount of Luck on your hair and scalp every day—without overloading your hair with product.

1. Shampoo

Wash 2–3 times a week.

Wet hair thoroughly. Because Luck Shampoo is ultra-concentrated, start with a small amount and work it into your scalp and hair. Rinse thoroughly.

If you're accustomed to washing every day, give your hair and scalp a little time to adjust to washing less frequently.

2. Condition

Use every time you shampoo.

Apply Luck Conditioner after shampooing, concentrating on your hair and working the product through your strands. Rinse thoroughly.

Luck Conditioner is formulated to condition without leaving behind the heavy, coated feeling that can weigh down fine or thinning hair.

3. Mask

Use once a week or every other week.

Think of it as a little extra love for your hair and scalp.

Wet your hair, apply the Hair Mask and comb it through. Leave it on for 20–30 minutes, then rinse completely.

Bonus tip: Need a little help smoothing or styling? Try a tiny amount of the Mask on wet or dry hair. Comb it through and leave it in as a lightweight styling cream. A little goes a long way.

4. Serum

Use on the days you don't shampoo and condition.

Apply a small amount of Luck Serum directly to the scalp and gently work it in.

You don't need to use the Serum on shampoo-and-conditioner days. The idea isn't to pile on more product. It's to maintain consistent contact with the Luck regimen throughout the week.

Your Luck Regimen

Consistency Is Where the Magic Happens

Hair follicles don't all grow at the same time. Each one is moving through its own natural cycle of growing, transitioning and resting.

That's why hair regrowth requires something we're all occasionally short on: patience.

We recommend following the Luck regimen consistently for a minimum of three months before evaluating hair growth.

Your Week With Luck

Wash Days — 2–3x a Week
Shampoo + Conditioner

Once a Week or Every Other Week
Add the Hair Mask and leave it on for 20–30 minutes.

Non-Wash Days
Apply a small amount of Serum to the scalp.

Every Day
You're giving your hair and scalp consistent exposure to the plant-powered ingredients at the heart of Luck.

Give Luck Some Room to Work

If you're using Luck because you're concerned about thinning hair or want to support your hair's natural growth cycle, we recommend limiting other hair products during your first three months when possible.

Not forever.

We simply want to give the regimen—and your hair—a chance to do their thing without introducing lots of other products and buildup into the mix.

What Might You Notice First?

You don't necessarily have to wait three months to notice a difference in your hair.    In our in-home use study, participants reported benefits including more lift, more volume, softer hair, greater manageability, cleaner-feeling hair and hair that stayed cleaner longer.

Hair regrowth is different. New growth takes time to become visible because every follicle is operating on its own natural growth cycle.

So enjoy the changes you can see and feel along the way, but give your hair at least three months before judging growth.

Better Hair Today. Healthier-Looking Hair Over Time.

That's really the idea behind the Luck regimen.

We're caring for the hair you have right now while supporting a healthy scalp environment and your hair's natural growth cycle over time.

A little Luck every day. A little patience. And a whole lot of love for the hair you're growing. 🍀

Hair Growth + What to Expect

Hair Growth Takes Time. That’s Biology.

One of the most important things to understand when starting a hair wellness regimen is that hair growth doesn’t happen overnight.

Every hair follicle on your head is operating on its own natural growth cycle. Some hairs are actively growing, while others are transitioning or resting. That’s why even the best haircare regimen needs time and consistency.

We recommend giving Luck a minimum of three months before evaluating hair growth results.

Why Three Months?

Hair moves through three primary phases:

Anagen — The Growing Phase
This is the active growth phase, when the follicle is producing new hair. It can last anywhere from 2–6 years, and up to 90% of the hair on your head may be in this phase at any given time.

Catagen — The Transition Phase
Growth slows and the follicle begins to shrink. This relatively short phase lasts approximately 2–3 weeks.

Telogen — The Resting Phase
The follicle rests and older hair eventually sheds as the cycle prepares to begin again. This phase typically lasts 2–4 months.

Because individual follicles are at different points in this cycle, new growth becomes visible gradually—not all at once.

Think in Months, Not Days

While hair growth requires patience, you don't necessarily have to wait three months to start noticing a difference in how your hair looks and feels.

You may notice changes in cleanliness, softness, lift, volume or how your scalp feels much sooner. Hair growth is different. It takes time for follicles to move through their natural cycles and for newly growing hair to become visible.

That’s why we encourage you to think of the first three months as your consistency window.

Use Luck regularly. Give your scalp and hair time. And take a photo when you begin—you may be surprised by what you notice when you compare it three months later.

Luck Works With Your Hair's Natural Cycle

We didn't formulate Luck to fight your hair's biology. We formulated it to work with it.    Our plant-powered formulas are designed to support a healthy scalp environment and healthier-looking hair throughout the natural hair cycle.

The goal isn't an overnight transformation. It's creating the right conditions, consistently, for stronger, fuller, healthier-looking hair over time.
